    Dispatch confirms the request, and the supplier gets an email.

    Who booked, changed or cancelled a delivery, and when, is in the log.

Data protection and operations in detail
Hosted at Hetzner
CLM and NOVEX run on Hetzner servers, NOVEX in the Falkenstein data centre.
Data processing
The NOVEX data processing agreement is public. For CLM we send ours, with the technical and organisational measures, on request.
Audit log
CLM logs every step of a delivery: who booked, changed or cancelled it, and when.
Archive with checksum
NOVEX stores a SHA-256 checksum for every archived document and checks at the click of a button whether it is unchanged.
Contract terms
CLM: minimum term of 12 months, notice three months before it ends. NOVEX: billed monthly or yearly, 30-day trial without a credit card.
