CLMDelivery booking for construction sites

Every delivery has its time slot. And everyone knows which one.

Suppliers book their own time slot, site management sees the day at a glance, and the gate knows who is expected. Instead of phone lists, spreadsheets and three trucks waiting at the same gate.

Site management’s overview in CLM: ten deliveries today, three waiting for confirmation, two late, followed by the day’s deliveries with time, company, material, loading zone and state.

Four roles on site. Each sees its part.

What a supplier books shows up for dispatch as a request, for site management in the day’s plan and at the gate on the status board.

Site management

The day at a glance.

The overview shows who is coming today, with what material, to which loading zone and in what state. Above it are the day’s numbers: all deliveries, open requests and late arrivals.

  • Utilisation of each loading zone for the day
  • Views for today, today and tomorrow, or seven days
  • Invitations, companies and members per project
  • Capacities and routes of the site, from Pro

Dispatch

Confirm requests without a phone call.

Dispatch sees every request with its time slot, company, material and loading zone. Confirming takes one click, and rejecting sits in the row menu. Once a request is confirmed, the supplier gets an email.

  • Filters by status, period, loading zone and booking type
  • Each status shows its count before you filter
  • Search by number, company, material or licence plate

Supplier

Only free slots can be chosen.

The supplier sees the day’s time slots per loading zone in a grid. Booked and blocked cells cannot even be clicked, so there are no double bookings for anyone to untangle later.

  • Time slots in quarter hours, per loading zone
  • Material, quantity and vehicle are part of the booking
  • The confirmation arrives by email
  • Reserve site equipment together with the slot, from Pro

Gate

The gate knows who is expected.

The status board shows the day’s deliveries in five columns, from open and expected to at the gate and done. One click records the arrival, and later the departure.

  • Arrival and departure with time and name
  • Full screen mode for a display at the gate
  • An optional sound for every new delivery
  • Checkpoint handling at defined control points, from Pro

Four steps, and none of them is a phone call.

From booking to departure, every delivery takes the same path, and both sides can follow it.

  1. Book

The supplier picks a loading zone and time slot and enters material, quantity and vehicle.

  2. Confirm

Dispatch confirms the request, and the supplier gets an email.

  3. Arrive

At the gate, the arrival and departure of every delivery are recorded.

  4. Trace

Who booked, changed or cancelled what, and when, is in the log.

Frequently asked questions about CLM.

Missing a question? Write to info@rw-smart.de.

Do my suppliers need their own account?

Yes, and you decide per site how they get one: you invite them, or you open registration through a link. Either way, you can require new accounts to be approved before anyone can book. Open registration is off by default.

What counts as a bookable resource?

The unloading zones and access roads of the site, plus logistics equipment that can be reserved for a delivery. The plan limits how many a site can have: 5 in Basic, 20 in Pro and 450 in Pro +.

Is the price per site or per company?

Per site. A company with three sites books three plans and can choose them differently, for example Pro + for the large site and Basic for two small ones.

How long does the contract run?

The minimum term is 12 months. After that, the contract renews by 12 months at a time unless it is cancelled 3 months before the end of the term. Invoices are due within 14 days without deduction.

What does support include?

Updates and upgrades plus technical support by email and phone, Monday to Friday, 8 am to 4 pm Berlin time. How far phone support goes depends on the plan. Work outside these hours is charged by time spent with a surcharge; the rates are in the CLM terms.

Can we see CLM first?

Yes. Ask for a demo. We show you CLM on a demo site and discuss how your loading zones, times and suppliers would look in it.
