The data centres of Hetzner Online GmbH are certified to ISO/IEC 27001. RW Smart Solution itself is not certified.
Backup
CLM is backed up daily, and we tested a restore on 26 August 2026.

Operations and backup.

How we run both products.

CLM: CLM runs as a Docker stack on a server at Hetzner Online GmbH. We develop and operate it ourselves.
NOVEX: NOVEX runs at Hetzner Online GmbH in the Falkenstein data centre.
Backup: The CLM database is backed up daily. We tested restoring from the backup on 26 August 2026.
Log: CLM logs every step of a delivery: who booked, confirmed, changed or cancelled it, and when.
Access and approval: Suppliers get access by invitation or through a link you enable. You can approve new accounts before anyone books, and open registration is off by default.
Checksum: NOVEX stores a SHA-256 checksum for every archived document and checks at the push of a button whether it is unchanged.

Subprocessors: Hosting is with Hetzner Online GmbH. The subprocessors involved are listed in the respective agreement.

How to reach us and how long you commit.

CLM support: By email and phone, Monday to Friday from 8 am to 4 pm, as part of the software service. Premium phone support from Pro, a personal contact in Pro +.
CLM term: 12 months minimum, then the contract renews for 12 months. Notice is due three months before the end of the term. CLM terms
NOVEX: Billed monthly or yearly, with a 30-day trial and no credit card. NOVEX is for businesses only. Visit NOVEX
